The String Selection is Australia’s only all-female string based entertainment group, comprising the elitist young and vibrant, glamorous and virtuosic, string players from Sydney, Brisbane and Melbourne.

 

This group takes exceptional pride in lifting the boundaries from today’s string-based performances, by imprinting their own unique, innovative and ground-breaking  style, on the industry. Currently servicing both corporate and commercial industries, the group has a high-impact feature show fused with electro, pop, hip-hop and latino genres of music as well as an ‘unplugged service, full of classical, jazz and pop favourites, which is perfect as elegant background music for events and weddings.

 

With over 10 years of professional performance experience, The String Selection has performed for Ford, Paspaley Pearls, Datacom, the Australian Ballet, Tabcorp, Hamilton Island (Qualia), Vogue Magazine, Crown Casino, Australian Human Resources Institute and Sofitel hotels to name but a few. 

 

The String Selection have also been chosen to perform with other talented musicians including Goldfrapp, Josh Groban, Patrizio Buanne, Mark Vincent, DJ tyDi, Jeff Martin, The McClymonts, Phrase, 360 and M-Phazes… so your guests are guaranteed to be entertained by Australia’s most capable and sought after musicians.
