Cardi S

Cardi S is a world-class violinist of Chinese Australian background who was classically trained from the age of 3. This has seen her perform at the Sydney Opera House at age 4 and Westminster Abbey by age 11.  Featured as a solo artist for Mercedes-Benz, BresicWhitney, RotaryClub NSW, Sydney Build Expo, Sydney Financial Innovation Summit and the Global Digital Economy Summit Award Gala Dinner, she also has experience working on television productions including the Grand Finale of The Voice AU, ARIA Awards and ABC documentary ‘Australian Inventions that Changed the World’. 

Known for her modern style, she performs pop and electronic music on acoustic and electric violin while roving between guests. She is a dynamic solo performer and enjoys collaborating with teams to ensure a successful and unforgettable event. 

Cardi S was selected to study at the Conservatorium High School, the secondary arm of the Sydney Conservatorium of Music after completing the highest grading in Australian Music Examinations for her age. During this time, she also commenced classical vocal training, performed with Gondwana Voices and was selected as the child soloist in the opera ‘Daisy Bates at Ooldea’ composed by Anne Boyd AM. She received various scholarships, awards and an ENCORE nomination, the NSW Department of Education’s showcase for exceptional performances. 

She decided to take a break from full-time music studies and attend law school at the University of Technology, Sydney. While studying full-time she became exposed to the electric violin though her longstanding involvement in the internationally acclaimed String Diva violin trio which caters to a range of corporate events from the Youth off the Streets charity ball to Microsoft Asia’s Gold Club Incentive event. She is now a qualified lawyer and following graduation has been fortunate to pursue a career in music.
