Originally from Brazil, Botura moved to Australia 7 years ago. Having fallen in love with Oz, Botura has become not only an Australian citizen, but most importantly part of Sydney’s nightlife as one of the most promising upcoming DJ’s.

 

Whether you’re rocking out to his set at a Sydney hotspot or listening to one of his mixtapes, the unique style of DJ Botura is apparent. Botura has cultivated his sound to include an eclectic mix of cuts that transgress nearly every genre of electronic music. No matter what kind of crowd, he is guaranteed to rock the party playing Soul, Funk, Vocal, Electro, Deep, Disco and Progressive House. Botura is no stranger to big crowds, his ultra clean mixing and smooth blends along with unheard remixes set him apart from other Dj’s in the club scene.

 

Though Botura hasn’t been in the scene for long, he has had the opportunity to open for, and share decks with some well known artists in Australia including TASS, Dj Charlie Brown, Ben Morris, Tom Piper, Olsen, Kaiser, Steve Frank, Timmy Trumpet to name a few.
