Tim Boffa played his first record in a Sydney nightclub at just 17 in 1997 escorted by his older brother and has been a staple in the Sydney scene ever since.  Boffa has time and time proven himself as one of Sydney’s most versatile DJ’s being able to play any style of music, mostly all styles of House, Hip Hop, Breaks, Funk, Retro, Lounge and Chill Out, and Nu-Disco.  Because  Boffa plays so many styles he DJ’s under 3 aliases and is probably best known as telefunken which is a collaboration between himself and Cameron Adams.

Over the past 13 years Boffa has played at almost every venue in Sydney with residencies at the like of Chinese Laundry and the Slip Inn, Soho and Yu, Home, Moulin Rouge, The World Bar, The Bourbon, Kings Cross Hotel, Paddington Inn, KINK @ The Arthouse, Sugareef/Le Panic, Byblos, The Globe, Beach Road Hotel, The Eastern, Shore Club with guest spots at many other venues in Sydney, Australia and overseas.

 

During Boffa’s DJ career he has provided the music for many high profile corporate events including; Vodafone / Ferrari Media stunt 2004 Melbourne Grand Prix,Vodafone / Ferrari Tent 2004 Melbourne Grand Prix, National Australia Bank Christmas Party 2006, National Australia Bank Christmas Party 2007, Vodafone Live launch, Garnier Fructis lunch, Heineken SLN Matrix lunch, Tiger Tap Beer launch and many others.
