Aly Partridge

Aly Partridge is a versatile cellist with a vast portfolio of performances and tours both nationally and abroad.

After completing a Masters of Music at the New Zealand School of Music, and three years of study at the Australian National Academy of Music,  Aly won a cello position with the HyogoPerforming Arts Orchestra in Japan. 

​

Since returning to Melbourne, she has had a thriving freelance career and has toured with the ,Australian Chamber Orchestra as well as performing with other leading orchestras across Australia and New Zealand.

​

Aly’s passion is collaborating with artists and she has had the opportunity to perform alongside Jacob Collier, Katy Perry, Neil Finn and Michael Bublé. Recent highlights include touring with Hugh Jackman across Australia and performing in various hit musicals such as Hamilton, MoulinRouge, and Cinderella.

Together with virtuoso pianist, Van-Anh Nguyen,  Aly recorded an album of Coldplay music entitled 'Coldplay Unplugged'
